Are you laughing as you read the title of this post! As a matter of fact, I am laughing with you, but I get it so let’s read it again. “Say it Loud: No Worrying Allowed”.
Did you say it with authority this time? As my mama would say, It’s better said than done. Yep mama, you are right. We can say not to worry all day long, but our actions, our face can show something different.
How can I say NO worrying is allowed when the world is a chaotic place to be?
How can I say NO worrying is allowed and I got these bills to pay, these holiday gifts to buy, this boss that has gone bonkers with this workload, these children that think money grows on trees (lol), this event I must attend but don’t want to, and this friend that says she is a friend but only talks about her needs and wants.
Can I get an amen, lol.
This list can go on and on, so I will stop here, but if you want to continue naming all the things that are worrying you out loud, by all means, keep going?

I get it, yall! I am there with you. So to say, no worrying allowed is overrated and understated. This became true at the beginning of time when Eve convinced Adam to eat from the tree of knowledge.
Because they had done what God said not to do, a lot of things were put into place and they both hid, (worrying) about what was going to be a consequence. So is worrying a part of who we are? Yep it is and that’s my opinion.
Worries Here, There, and Everywhere
